Main Duties & Responsibilities

Shift - Thursday-Saturday and every other Wednesday 5:50pm - 6:00am

  • Is fully responsible and accountable for allaspects of the Production Area for their shift.
  • Manages and provides leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes, and supporting overall business and corporate objectives.
  • Creates development plans for associates and provides honest and constructive performance feedback.
