We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive D2C Associate to manage daily operations of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. This role focuses on Shopify backend management, product listings, order processing, and customer support to ensure a smooth and engaging online shopping experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the Shopify backend, including orders, inventory, and basic website updates.
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and SKUs.
• Handle end-to-end order management, including processing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Provide timely and professional customer support via calls, emails, and live chat.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and accurate delivery tracking.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor website performance and report issues related to product listings, checkout flow, or payments.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS reports related to orders, customer interactions, and resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a D2C or e-commerce operations role.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of product listing management and the e-commerce order lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and tracking.
