BRP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented D2C E-commerce Operations Intern to join its fast-paced and growing Digital Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team.

As part of our D2C E-commerce Operations group, you'll be actively involved in the daily operational activities that keep our online business running smoothly,  from order release and fulfillment to customer satisfaction tracking (CSAT) and process improvement.

This internship offers hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, order management, and customer support, working in close collaboration with multiple teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous business performance improvement.

Your key responsibilities
