🚀 Hiring: D2C Growth Lead

Brand: October 22 (Demi-Fine Jewellery)

Location: Remote (India)

Type: Full-time / Contract (30-day trial first)

Experience: 2–5 years (Shopify D2C required)


About October 22

October 22 is a demi-fine jewellery brand selling premium everyday jewellery through our Shopify store. We are now looking to scale the business through a strong combination of Meta Ads + conversion optimization + performance-led content.

This is not a social media posting role.

This is a revenue-focused growth role.


Role Overview

We are hiring a D2C Growth Lead who will take ownership of driving sales and growth for October 22. You should be hands-on with Meta Ads, understand the Shopify funnel, and be capable of executing quickly without constant supervision.

You will be responsible for building a predictable revenue engine, not just running ads.


Key Responsibilities

1) Performance Marketing (Meta Ads)

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Meta conversion campaigns (Purchase objective)
  • Build a clear structure for prospecting + retargeting
  • Test creatives weekly (UGC reels, statics, hooks, angles)
  • Track key metrics like CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPM, CVR and improve performance
  • Manage budgets responsibly and scale what works

2) Shopify Conversion Optimization (CRO)

  • Improve product pages for higher conversion (copy, trust, FAQs, offers)
  • Optimize checkout flow and reduce drop-offs
  • Implement bundles, offers, and upsells to improve AOV
  • Ensure tracking is working correctly (Pixel / basic CAPI setup preferred)

3) UGC & Creator-Led Performance Content

  • Work with creators and UGC content to generate high-performing ad creatives
  • Identify winning hooks and angles that convert for jewellery buyers
  • Repurpose top-performing content into ads consistently

4) Revenue Ownership & Reporting

  • Own weekly and monthly revenue targets
  • Share a clear weekly performance report and next-week plan
  • Coordinate with internal teams (content, operations, customer support) to execute faster


Requirements (Must Have)

  • 2–5 years of experience in Shopify D2C growth
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Sales/Conversions)
  • Proven ability to drive Shopify revenue (proof of performance preferred)
  • Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, funnel metrics
  • Ability to work independently and execute without hand-holding
  • Strong communication and weekly reporting discipline


Good to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience in jewellery / fashion / beauty D2C
  • Experience running UGC-style ads that convert
  • Shopify landing page and conversion optimization experience


Compensation

Fixed Pay: ₹25,000/month

Performance Incentives: High variable payout linked to revenue milestones

Trial Period: First 30 days based on performance and execution


What Success Looks Like (First 30 Days)

  • Meta ads running consistently with proper campaign structure
  • A strong pipeline of UGC/performance creatives created and tested
  • Improvements in Shopify conversion rate and daily order volume
  • Clear reporting of numbers, learnings, and next steps
