D2C Lead

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (In Person Role Only)

Experience: 6–10 years (D2C / consumer brand experience preferred)

EUME is looking for a hands-on D2C Lead to own and scale our direct-to-consumer business. This role comes with full responsibility across growth, profitability, customer experience, and repeat journeys. You will own the D2C P&L and be accountable for building a profitable, scalable, and premium-first D2C engine.

This is not a role limited to running ads — it is about building a long-term, high-AOV, repeat-led business.

• Own the entire D2C P&L , including revenue growth, margins, CAC, contribution, retention, and profitability
