Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on D2C Growth & Operations Manager to work closely with the founder and take ownership of the day-to-day running and scaling of our D2C business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deeply involved in execution, understands how D2C businesses operate end-to-end, and is excited about building strong systems while unlocking new growth channels.

What You'll OwnOperations & Fulfilment
  • End-to-end ownership of warehouse operations, order processing, shipping, and customer experience alignment
  • Improving fulfilment efficiency, reducing errors, and strengthening operational SOPs
  • Working closely with ops and support teams to ensure smooth daily execution
D2C Website Growth
  • Improving website performance across conversion rate, funnel flow, AOV, and checkout experience
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the D2C journey and working cross-functionally to solve them
