D2C / Shopify Operations Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a result-driven D2C / Shopify Operations Executive to manage and scale our direct-to-consumer business. The role focuses on reducing RTO, improving conversions, protecting ROAS, and increasing realized revenue through strong execution and daily monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Shopify store operations
• Reduce RTO through COD verification, WhatsApp confirmations & prepaid nudges
• Handle abandoned cart recovery via WhatsApp, email & calls
• Manage performance marketing to maintain ROAS ≥4.5
• Improve conversion rate & AOV using offers, bundles & upsells
• Manage customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram & website chat
• Track daily metrics: orders, RTO, ROAS, prepaid %, revenue realized
