This is a full-time, on-site role for a D2C Specialist based in Pune. The D2C Specialist will be responsible for driving direct-to-consumer sales strategies and enhancing customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include managing online sales channels, analyzing customer data, creating marketing campaigns, and overseeing customer engagement to build brand loyalty. The role requires coordination with marketing, operations, and sales teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless execution of D2C campaigns.
