D2C Website Manager

We’re looking for a results-oriented D2C Website Manager to lead and optimise our online store. This role is responsible for end-to-end ownership of the website, ensuring a seamless shopping experience, maximising conversions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Operations & Management

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the D2C website (Shopify)
• Ensure website uptime, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Coordinate with developers/designers for bug fixes, new features, and upgrades.

2. Content & Merchandising

• Plan and upload banners, product listings, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Maintain updated product catalogues with accurate descriptions, images, and SEO-optimised content.
