Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CRM Developer to join our team and support the design, development, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing and extending Sales and Customer Service modules, building custom features, and integrating automation across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customise Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules .
  • Build and maintain custom plugins, Actions, Workflows, and Custom Actions using C#.
  • Create and optimise Power Automate flows for end-to-end process automation.
  • Develop and maintain PCF components using React, TypeScript, and Fluent UI .

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales & Customer Service) .
