Job Description
- Require a strong CRM Consultant with 12+ years of CRM experience & should have worked as a functional consultant for at least 4 D365 CRM implementations.
- Must have driven Business discussions/workshops and should have worked on CRM functional design covering functionalities for sales, service, marketing, field service and PSA
- Expertise in creating business requirements, user stories, functional design and high-level design documents.
- Must have sound understanding on power platform capabilities and possibilities
- Must have overall understanding on - Dynamics 365 platform, online and on-premise versions, upgrades and migrations, integration with other office products, multilingual and multi-currency functionality, mobile and handheld clients, outlook and outlook app capabilities and offline capabilities
- Must have experience of co-ordination among different teams like business SMEs, Development, QA, etc.<...
