Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with users and delivery teams to understand requirements and business processes.

  • Design and develop customizations and configurations within the D365 platform to meet user needs.

  • Implement and integrate third-party applications and solutions with D365.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design, system configurations, and customizations.

  • Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.

  • Provide functional consulting expertise to users, advising on best practices and recommending solutions to meet business requirements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to D365 solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in the D365 platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, consultants, and project managers, to deliver successful projects.

    • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in D365 development and functional consulting.

  • Strong knowledge of D365 platform, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.

  • Experience with D365 extensions, APIs, plugins, workflows, and customizations.

  • Understanding of D365 modules, including Sales and Marketing.

  • Familiarity with D365 development tools, such as Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams.

  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 development and functional consulting are a plus.
