Job Title: D365 F&O Project Manager

Role Overview

As a D365 F&O Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and customization projects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for D365 F&O.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for project execution.
  • Facilitate communication between technical, functional, and business teams.
  • Provide regular status updates and resolve project issues.
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Delivery & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of D365 F&O solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience with good experience in ERP/D365 F&O implementations .
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams .
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps).
  • PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
