D365 F&O Support Engineer roles focus on maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations systems for enterprise clients.

Location: Anywhere in Malaysia

Mode of hire: Perm role with Sonata

Mode of work: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for Dynamics 365 F&O environments, troubleshooting issues in finance, supply chain, and warehouse modules.
• Monitor system performance, resolve incidents via ticketing tools like ServiceNow, and perform root cause analysis using X++ debugging.
• Handle data fixes, customizations, and extensions while ensuring compliance with upgrade paths and hotfixes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in X++, LCS (Lifecycle Services), Power Platform, and Azure integrations for F&O.
• Experience with data migration, batch jobs, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Strong problem-solving in high-availability setups.

Qualifications

Bachelors in computer science or related field, plus 3+ years in D365 F&O support. Certifications like MB-300/310 preferred.
