Responsibilities

A Dynamics CRM Techno-functional Consultant lead/Developer the technical aspects of a D365 Customer Engagement (CRM) project or workstream working in collaboration with the marketing/functional team and developers.

  • Learn the customers business, needs, and processes and architect solutions utilizing modern technologies and techniques to help them achieve their goals.
  • Designs should find a balance between user satisfaction, maintainability, scalability, and cost to implement.
  • Independently evaluate, design, and implement scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working to help customers deploy their solutions.
  • Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test and deploy.
  • Lead data-centric, marketing and business process discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
