D365 Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Microsoft 365 deployments (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform) across multiple business units.
• Manage Microsoft Copilot rollout initiatives, including readiness, licensing, governance, adoption, and value realization.
• Own the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.
• Engage senior stakeholders, business leaders, IT leadership, security, legal, compliance, and HR teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business users, Microsoft partners, and internal technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, data privacy regulations, and AI governance frameworks.
