We are looking for a dynamic, bright, and driven individual to join the Dynamics 365 Support Team at Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with a strong focus on real‑estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. The role involves managing our D365 Finance & Operations system for an international user base of over 9,000 users across the UK, Australia, North America, Middle East, Europe, Asia and LATAM, with plans for global rollout.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to end users and respond to queries raised in the D365 help‑desk.
  • Handle a range of queries related to project management and setup, purchase to pay, client invoicing, inter‑company and purchase orders.
  • Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users.
  • Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group coaching to selected user groups.
