Are you a practical, hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE expert with a passion for transforming business processes? At Ground Control, we're looking for a D365 Systems Analyst who can not only understand business needs but also implement, configure, and optimise Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.

In this role, you'll be directly working in the system, delivering solutions that improve efficiency, drive productivity, and create exceptional customer engagement. You will also support data migration, reporting, and end-user training to ensure our teams get the most from Dynamics 365.
