Daily operations & scheduling

Develop and maintain distribution, production and raw material procurement daily schedules (1-2 months horizon) for products in accordance to production planning, customer orders with close contact with planner, customer service, internal or external plants, transport third parties and raw material supplier, and purchasing team. 

Lead weekly calls with Factory Managers, Fulfillment planners at plant, Demand and Supply planner, and Customer Service Team.

Provide visibility to Customer service on open orders status, updating planned delivery and shipping dates when orders are late and most possible by anticipation.
