JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing the dairy department, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service. This includes overseeing inventory management, merchandising, and daily staff operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:

) Verify all deliveries against invoices and note any shortages or overages and report them to the appropriate personnel.
) Responsible for price changes within the department.
) Maintain an acceptable inventory level by using proper ordering techniques.
) Plan and implement product displays, promotions, and layout designs to increase sales and improve customer experience, as directed by the Store Director.
