Damp proofer

We are seeking a Damp Proofer with good plastering and finishing skills who takes pride in immaculate workmanship. You must be dynamic, open to change, and maintain a consistently clean, tidy, and organised work environment. Outstanding customer service and clear communication are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install 3 mm cavity membranes, dot & dab; carry out chemical DPCs
• Install ACO drainage and associated interfaces
• Deliver high-quality internal finishes (plastering to a high standard)
• Progress to external rendering (silicone and lime) with training
• Protect and maintain clean work areas; complete works to spec and on programme
• Communicate professionally with customers and provide aftercare guidance
• Record job details and coordinate with the office team

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's independent plastering experience (applications welcomed from 1–20+ years' experience)...
