Principal Responsibilities:

Dance Instructors

The Stamford JCC Performing Arts Department is seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our Dance Faculty as Lead Instructors for the 2025-2026 Season in the following areas:

  • Ballet (Mondays & Thursdays - K-1st grade)
  • Contemporary (Tuesdays)
  • Tap (Mondays)
  • Hip Hop (Wednesdays)
  • Jr Company * (Mondays - see below description)

    • Applicants will be considered for all styles/classes which they are interested in and available for. Please note your area of interest in your application. Applicants must have a passion for working with children and strong skills in choreography.

    Responsibilities:

  • Teach engaging dance classes that foster joy while working towards the goal of technical advancement at an age-appropriate level
