We are looking for Danish-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join an international team and provide excellent support to customers in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Responsibilities

Provide customer support in Danish via phone, email, and chat

Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and account-related questions

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Accurately document interactions and resolutions

Escalate complex cases when necessary
Requirements
Fluent Danish (C1/C2)

Good level of English (B2 or higher)

Customer-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Ability to work remotely while based in Braga

Previous Customer Support experience is a plus, but not required
