Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to develop and maintain positive relationships.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding products and services, providing personalized assistance tailored to client needs.
  • Effectively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Document all client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client relationship practices.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs.
  • Remain knowledgeable about company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a challenging environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
  • A true passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
