Responsibilities
- Communicate with Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to develop and maintain positive relationships.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products and services, providing personalized assistance tailored to client needs.
- Effectively manage and resolve client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Document all client interactions in the CRM system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and client relationship practices.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs.
- Remain knowledgeable about company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a challenging environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and standard computer applications.
- A true passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
