This remote position based in Greece is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and dedicated to providing exceptional customer support to Danish-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about products, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.
- Guide customers through the buying process, ensuring a seamless and informative experience.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism, working towards resolutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, specifications, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly to contribute to ongoing service improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any complex issues that may arise.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the consumer electronics or technology sector, is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software and online communication tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in consumer electronics and technology trends.
