This position is based in beautiful Greece, allowing you to experience a vibrant culture while providing top-notch customer support. As a member of our customer service team, you will assist users with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience on the platform while communicating effectively in Danish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries related to account issues, content policies, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Provide assistance with troubleshooting, privacy concerns, and account management.
  • Resolve user complaints efficiently and ensure satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand product updates and resolve user issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and platform policies to provide informed support to users.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the technology or social media sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resilience in addressing user issues.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and computer applications.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed.
