Role Overview
In this position, you'll support travelers by identifying their needs and offering clear, helpful solutions. Youll handle questions related to bookings, payments, and general platform use, ensuring smooth communication between guests and accommodation partners worldwide. Support is provided through both email and phone, following established guidelines to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native-level Danish with strong English skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable using digital tools (Office 365, CRM systems, internal software)
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Able to stay positive and motivated when handling challenging situations
  • Target-driven and organized work approach
  • Flexible attitude toward shifting tasks and procedures
  • Interest in online accommodation / booking platforms
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
