Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Danish.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our systems.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Danish speaker with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) is preferred.
