Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customers' issues.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by following up on requests.

Requirements:
- Fluent Danish (written and spoken) & good English communication skills.
