Dark Store Manager Relevant Experience with Blinkit, Flipkart, Ninja Kart, Amazona, Country Delight, Meesho, Snapdeal, Zomato/Swiggy, Blinkit/Zepto, IndiaMART, Nykaa, Deal Share
- Ensure smooth night operations in the Milk Basket dark store, adhering to defined SOPs and service standards, specifically with background or exposure to brands such as Blinkit, Flipkart, Ninja Kart, Amazona, Country Delight, Meesho, Snapdeal, Zomato/Swiggy, Blinkit/Zepto, IndiaMART, Nykaa, and Deal Share.
- Manage inbound and outbound activities including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Perform accurate order picking with speed and zero-error mindset to meet 1020 minute delivery SLAs.
- Monitor real-time order flow and coordinate with delivery partners/riders for timely handover.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular cycle counts, stock rotation, and shrinkage control.
