Role Overview
We are seeking a Darwinbox Technical Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Darwinbox HCM implementations, configurations, and integrations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical partners to design, configure, and integrate Darwinbox solutions aligned with organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Darwinbox Configuration & Customization
- Configure Darwinbox modules including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance, and Onboarding.
- Implement business rules, workflows, validations, and approval hierarchies.
- Customize forms, fields, dashboards, and reports based on business and client requirements.
Integrations & Technical Development
- Design and implement API-based integrations between Darwinbox and third-party systems (ERP, Payroll systems, Identity Providers, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Work with REST / SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware tools.
- Support SSO integrations using SAML, OAuth, Azure AD, Okta, or similar identity providers.
- Develop, monitor, and troubleshoot inbound and outbound data feeds.
Data Management & Reporting
- Handle data migration, bulk uploads, and data validation activities.
- Create and maintain custom reports, analytics, and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with the Darwinbox HCM platform.
- Proven experience in HRMS / HCM implementations.
- Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with SQL, data mapping, and data transformation.
- Knowledge of SSO, authentication protocols, and security concepts.
- Familiarity with integration tools, schedulers, and batch jobs.
Functional & Domain Knowledge
- Good understanding of end-to-end HR processes (Hire-to-Retire).
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance is a plus.
Good to Have
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and enterprise system integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
