DAS Foreman

We are hiring a DAS Foreman to lead on‑site crews for in‑building wireless installations across MD/DC/VA. This role requires hands‑on DAS experience and the ability to manage field teams, ensure quality installs, and serve as the primary on‑site contact. This is a fulltime role Monday through Friday with pay around $32 an hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support crews on new DAS deployments, upgrades, and integration

Serve as the on‑site customer/site representative point of contact

Provide hands‑on help with installation, terminations, testing, and certification

Ensure work meets design documents, safety standards, and company policies

Coordinate with Project Management to resolve issues and keep projects on track

Complete site paperwork, closeout photos, and as‑built documentation

Travel required across MD/DC/VA; occasional nights or out‑of‑town work
