Responsibilities

  • Maintain and Update: Keep existing dashboards up-to-date based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with data analysts, business intelligence professionals, and data scientists.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain the highest level of data quality and accuracy.
  • User Support: Provide troubleshooting and training for end-users.
  • Change management: facilitate user adoption of tools through training and learning materials.
  • Performance Analytics: Read performance patterns and KPIs and craft recommendations/actions.
