**Data Admin and Reconciliation Specialist role** will primarily support the planners post event, in closing and supporting the reconciliation of the event. With a focus on liaising with delegates to ensure all required documents and information has been collected, compiled and saved appropriately for compliance. They will support the financial reconciliation teams with ensuring all data is shared and recorded to complete expense reimbursements for the delegates, Transfer of Value reporting and final event closure. This may in some cases require coordination with the client lead to align on requirements and will mean that you will work supporting the planning teams and financial teams in GBT.
