Data & AI Associate

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Data & AI Expert is a hands‑on role within a global organization at the forefront of the payments industry. You will be directly responsible for designing, building, and deploying Data & AI solutions, and later for technically leading the Mexico Hub of the Global AI Lab, with a strong focus on delivering business value.

Strategic Alignment & Executive Visibility

• Translate business needs into robust, scalable technical solutions.
• Define KPIs, value metrics, and reporting frameworks to demonstrate impact.
• Provide progress updates, risk assessments, and results to senior stakeholders in global and local structures.
• Ensure all local initiatives directly support business priorities while remaining aligned with the global Data & AI operating model and unified roadmap.
