Summary The Sweden Data & Artificial Intelligence Practice Lead is responsible for driving the practices growth and solidifying Avanade’s position as a leading strategic partner. Reporting to the Regional Practices Lead and aligning with the global practice, this role ensures Azure Data, Analytics services and Artificial Intelligence technical solution excellence and delivery integrity. The Sweden Data & Artificial Intelligence Lead will oversee technical execution, cultivate team skills in current and emerging Microsoft technologies, and implement a comprehensive talent strategy to support business needs. Key Responsibilities Implement the global Data & Artificial Intelligence practices strategy within the region. Set and communicate regional practice priorities. Lead region practices in line with agreed plans and KPIs. Provide feedback loop upwards to drive continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for inorganic growth.
