Job Description
We are seeking a Data & AI Lead for a small Innovation Hub to deliver proofs of concept (PoCs) and reusable assets, for various usecases withn Financial Services, with a focus on GRC domains (AML, Financial Crime, Risk & Compliance).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of PoCs and reusable assets across financial services especially GRC use cases.
- Architect governed semantic data layers.
- Design cloud-native PoC solutions on AWS .
- Guide domain rationalisation for AML, Risk, and Compliance data.
- Identify and shape GenAI / LLM PoCs (e.g., case summarisation, data discovery).
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and regulatory expectations .
- Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 engineers .
