We are offering a fully paid, remote Data Analysis Internship for candidates based anywhere within Spain.

This program is designed for students and recent graduates who want practical consulting experience working with operational data that supports real projects and real decisions.

What this role is really about?

You will work closely with consultants to collect, organise, and interpret data that reflects how organisations perform and where improvements can be made. Your work will support internal insights and client deliverables that enhance clarity, reporting accuracy, and operational understanding.

What you will actually do?
➝ Collect, structure, and validate operational and financial datasets
➝ Support consultants in identifying performance trends and improvement opportunities
➝ Build clear and well-organised reports and dashboards
➝ Contribute to market research, benchmarking, and comparative analysis
➝ Maintain accuracy, structure, and consistency across all data and deliverables


Requirements

What we want to see from you?

➝ Strong analytical mindset and interest in business performance
➝ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus
➝ Basic understanding of revenue, cost, productivity, and similar indicators
➝ Organised working style with the ability to communicate findings clearly
➝ Fluent in English
➝ Based in Spain throughout the internship period
