Role Summary:

DATA Analysis Operator is Support to PSM department by providing all necessary documents, making various reports which will help to achieve the production target & Goals.

Key responsibilities and activities include, but is not limited to:

- Responsible for the verification and inserting of key figures in Production reports.

- Participating in the preparation of key figures for top management meeting.

- Provide attendance data & OT data to HR.

- Prepared Graph for both PSM shop floor & admin Obeya Room.

- Cross checked all log-sheets and logbooks actual vs mentioned, also PSM production report.

- Responsible for making shift wise, daily, weekly & monthly rejection trend ( PSM losses report)

- Responsible for checking over production.

- To receive handover report from warehouse and cross check it & mail final handover report.

- PSM down time summary with graph.

- To prepare PSM ISO documents with graph, also update & maintain ISO documents.

- Raw wool input/output & PSM key figure monthly report.

- Active participation & making data of various trials reports to improve ME & productivity of PSM department.

Other Requirements:

Education

:

Minimum: - B. Com with 5 Years’ experience or equivalent (Technical background)

English, Hindi & Gujarati
