**Description:** **What You Will Be Doing:**
The position will be on the Sustainment Analytics & Modeling (SA&M) team within the F-35 Sustainment DSA organization.
Provide leadership to the CDRL (Metrics Analytics & Reporting) team within Sustainment Analytics & Modeling, Analytics & Improvements team with vision, strategy, and goals. Give direction and guidance for all aircraft fielded performance analysis and reporting via CDRLs.
Provide technical and analytical support to the CDRL team to improve performance and accomplish the Aero goals; 100% quality in all deliverables, 100% on time delivery with all deliverables and 100% commitment to the long-range plans for AVSC contract deliverables.
Manage the team’s labor charging approval, performance reviews, promotion and merit decisions, staffing and recruitment of new hires. Understand each team member’s skill set and strategically place them within the appropriate tasking that will make the largest positive impact to the...
