Pay Rate

• Hourly Rate: $16 - $17
• Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total):
• All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms. Rates are non-negotiable once offered.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST .

Job overview: We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Data Analyst & Automation Specialist with experience in data collection, transformation, automation, and visualization to support strategic decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a technical professional with strong skills in systems integration, process automation, and data analytics, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to design efficient and scalable solutions that improve the candidate quality, availability, and governance of data used by the business.

Job Tasks :

• Develop data models and dashboards with key KPIs for leadership, operations, and customer success.
• Collect, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g. spreadsheets, Airtable, CRMs, ERPs, etc.).
• Build and automate ETL processes through scripting.
• Schedule and maintain automated tasks using cronjobs in cloud-based environments (e.g. Ubuntu, Replit).
• Manage relational databases, including validation and efficient data loading.
• Design and implement system integrations using REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Document technical processes, KPI definitions, and data flows to ensure traceability and scalability.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across business operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define, validate, and improve data-driven processes.
• Understand CRM/ERP environments and contribute to data validation and workflow improvement.
• Support initiatives for continuous improvement in data infrastructure and reporting

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Computer Science or Data Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience as data analyst with a solid background in manipulating, modeling, and implementing analytical solutions
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and scripting.
• Experience with Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, and duckdb.
• Advanced SQL knowledge (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Ability to create and optimize complex queries.
• Process automation using cronjobs in Linux environments (e.g. Ubuntu).
• Experience with lightweight cloud servers (e.g. Replit, Ubuntu Console).
• REST API integration for system communication.
• Use of Webhooks for automated workflows.
• Database management: data modeling, loading, and validation.
• Basic knowledge of Bash scripting.
• Familiarity with Git for version control.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Familiarity with data capture and management platforms (e.g. Airtable).
• Understanding of CRM/ERP systems (e.g. Hubspot, Zoho or others).
• Strong focus on data quality and governance.
• Ability to document technical processes and KPI definitions.
