Job Title: Solution Architect - Data Analytics and Reporting

We believe that the future of decision-making lies in robust data analytics and reporting, and we are seeking a Solution Architect to join our IT/Development team to guide our technological focus in this exciting domain.

Position Overview: As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of various reporting and analytics systems. Your primary focus will be on leveraging technologies such as SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP Analytical Cloud, Power BI, AWS Redshift Database, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks . You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure the seamless integration of various data sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect comprehensive data analytics and reporting solutions tailored to consumer data, campaign data, sales information, and consumer insights.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP Analytical Cloud, Power BI, AWS Redshift Database, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks to support business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data engineers, and developers to ensure effective solution delivery.
• Assess current data infrastructure and identify opportunities for modernization and enhancement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and security across all reporting and analytics systems.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a strong focus on data analytics and reporting.
• Extensive experience with SAP BW, BW4HANA, SAP Analytical Cloud, Power BI, AWS Redshift Database, SAP Datasphere, and Databricks.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL and other database languages.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about data solutions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team towards achieving project goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in consumer data analysis, marketing analytics, sales information reporting, and deriving consumer insights.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and their integration with data analytics tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in data analytics.
