Data Analyst

• Design and develop dashboards and automation tools by programing in MS Access, MS Excel, and Tableau/Power BI dashboards for solutions in conjunction with multiple data sources such as SQL Database, SAP Hana, SharePoint etc.
• Maintain all supported solutions as defined by requestors located globally (AP, EU and NA zones).
• Work effectively with the business with regards to fixing breaks in the process and support changes.
• Demonstrate initiatives to identify process efficiencies.
• Understand business process changes and impact on the tools design.
• Escalate any design issues or conflicting priorities to ensure timely product delivery.
