We are looking for a Data Analyst who can deliver precise and timely analytics and reporting across CJ's diverse advertiser, publisher and agency ecosystem. This role is integral in extracting insights from complex data, supporting affiliate, influencer and lead based marketing channels. You will take the lead in analysing performance metrics, ensuring the data’s accuracy and clarity, while collaborating with global partners to guide data-driven decisions.

+ Deliver accurate analytics and reporting within CJ's advertising landscape, ensuring insights are both timely and actionable.
+ Analyze performance across various marketing channels, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, and AOV.
+ Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and cognos reporting that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
+ Write and optimize Databricks queries using PySpark or Scala, ensuring large datasets are prepared and validated effectively.
+ Investigate data discrepancies, maintaining high standards for data accuracy and reliability by ensuring metric alignment.
+ Collaborate with global teams/stakeholders to scope Jira requests and deliver well-founded data-driven insights.

**Responsibilities**
+ Work with large datasets to deliver timely and accurate marketing analytics across CJ's ecosystem.
+ Develop a good understanding of essential marketing KPIs and use these insights to enhance performance reporting.
+ Maintain and refine dashboards using Tableau to communicate data insights clearly to customers.
+ Write PySpark or Scala queries in Databricks platform to prepare, optimize, and validate data.
+ Understand technical structures of client data integrations to support accurate reporting and troubleshoot effectively.
+ Ensure data integrity through detailed investigation and alignment of performance metrics.
**Qualifications**
+ 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising sectors.
+ Solid skills in SQL, Databricks (using PySpark or Scala), and Tableau for building datasets and creating visualizations in cloud-based environments like Databricks or AWS.
+ Proficiency with version control tools such as GitLab or GitHub.
+ Solid understanding of e-commerce KPIs and various marketing channel performance metrics.
+ High attention to detail and excellent skills in data storytelling for clear communication to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and support requests efficiently.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across global and multi-functional teams.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience working in e-commerce, digital marketing, or performance advertising industry.
+ Experience with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Vibe Coding.
