Data Analyst

Description



The Samsara Telematics Analyst will assist in handling day to day administration of Samsara, including managing users, drivers, devices, and asset data while ensuring consistent naming conventions and device health. They will monitor dashboards, resolve unassigned trips and incorrect driver assignments, configure and maintain alerts, and support AWCs with troubleshooting telematics issues, such as connectivity, driver pairing, and camera alignment. The analyst will also maintain process documentation, and uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive telemetry, location history, and driver-related data
