**Overview**



We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our PGD LATAM DATA team. This role supports cross-functional marketing initiatives by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate combines foundational knowledge in data analytics with a curiosity for digital marketing performance and campaign optimization.



**Responsibilities**



+ Analyze digital campaign performance across channels (display, site, search, email, social).

+ Compile and interpret data to address business and marketing issues.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Data Studio, Datorama).

+ Perform ad hoc and recurring analysis to support agencies and clients.

+ QA data to identify inconsistencies and suggest optimization opportunities.

+ Collaborate with internal teams to align data strategies with business goals.

+ Assist in the development of measurement plans and research for ongoing marketing initiatives.

+ Communicate findings clearly using visualizations and storytelling to inform decision-making.



**Qualifications**



+ 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing or digital media context.

+ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.

+ Proficient in SQL (DML-DDL).

+ Familiarity with ETL concepts and web analytics platforms (Google/Adobe Analytics, Tag Manager).

+ Solid skills in spreadsheet tools, macros, and complements.

+ Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and platforms.

+ English level: B2–C1.
