Data Analyst – Capital Markets / M&A

As an Analyst, you will work closely with experienced professionals and subject-matter experts to support the project Lead and team on proxy solicitation in a variety of scenarios from annual, annual Special meetings to activism defense. You’ll gain hands‑on exposure to voting analysis, shareholder engagement, and governance advisory work, along with regular feedback to support your professional development.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and analyzing institutional shareholder and market data

• Conducting research and managing databases to support client engagements

• Support the lead Director(s) in overseeing the program and deliver consistent day‑to‑day operational assistance.

• Track institutional investor voting patterns and summarize key trends.

• Prepare detailed intelligence reports for internal teams and ultimately client consumption
