Data Analyst (Remote – India)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making and improve operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders across teams to deliver accurate insights, meaningful reports, and data-driven recommendations while working remotely within India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to stakeholders
  • Document data definitions, processes, and methodologies
  • Support data quality and governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Working knowledge of Python or R for data analysis
  • Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large or complex datasets
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipelines
  • Understanding of basic statistics and data visualization best practices
  • Experience supporting business or product analytics teams
