Job Objective

We are looking for candidates who can be the backbone of data building processes in JiBe.

Data analysts manage the data building process of the various modules of JiBe ERP such as Technical, Purchase, Crew, Operation, Quality, inspection and Checklist. It’s Data Analyst responsibility to meet the required timelines, report progress, manage the resources assigned to the task and perform/ensure quality of the data

Job responsibilities

• Data extraction and data building from manuals.
• Spares and PMS job extraction.
• Perform quality checks and monitor results
• Manage the data entry team members and marine engineers working on the project
• Planning, assigning and reporting all tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Technical background: Science or IT background / Maritime Industry
• Self-motivated, independent and meticulous with an eye for detail
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excel proficiency and usage of formulas
• Data analysis background

Additional Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience
• Marine/ Mechanical engineering background
• Experience in different software for technical and purchase
• Experience in data handling of Marine Industry Experience in supply chain cycle of shipping (marine) domain
• Experience managing data extraction teams
• Database knowledge and understanding / experience with SQL
