Job Description

We are seeking a data analyst co-op position for our Marshalltown, IA location. This is a temporary 8-month co-op assignment from May 2026-December 2026. Only students currently attending college or university will be considered. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Assist in designing data architecture and organizing data from manufacturing and global service partners, as well as front end ordering systems
  • Develop and implement automated routines for data collection, pre-processing, and integrity checks in preparation for analysis
  • Collaborate with research and data science teams to perform exploratory data analytics, identifying trends and data features
  • Contribute to planning & road mapping new features and functionality
  • Support multi-disciplinary agile teams in developing and improving AI models
  • Create reports and metrics to drive more efficient initiatives
